So, i decided that it was time for me to start my own blog. For so many years, i have been a lurker in many health and fitness blogs, and it's time to get my story out there, and share my ideas. I have been into health and fitness for about 8 years now. When i first started, i was your average 18 year old girl- who then morphed into a fitness fanatic. There have been obsessive times, fat times, baby times (EEK!) and back to normal times.
I had my daughter, Rachael in 2007. I exercised throughout my pregnancy and was always a healthy eater. Once, i got comfortable in my life- daughter, job, boyfriend of 7 years- i started to let my fitness/ health lifestyle go a little. I was still working out, but my eating took a backside.
Today, i am a 25 year old single mom of a beautiful, crazy 3 year old, and I want to get back on track, get back the motivation i had for so many years and stop letting food control me and my day!!
I will be posting pics along the way, and comments are appreciated and encouraged. I will be documenting my eating and journeling my workouts. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs to be at a comfortable weight by February 2011.
